MIPH
Its an alternative approach to the surgical treatment of hemorrhoids (piles)
MIPH "lifts up" the pile mass and place it back where it belongs in the original, normal anatomical potion.
We use a specially designed circular stapler known as “PPH03” from ethicon endo-surgery.Inc 
It reduces the prolapse of hemorrhoidal tissue by excising a bend of prolapsed anal mucosa membrane above the dentate line.
The prolapsed tissue is pulled into the circular stapler than allows the excess tissue to be removed while the remaining hemorrhoidal tissue is stapled The Result ? hemorrhoidal tissue is restored to its original.
INDICATION FOR MIPH:
Recommended for late II,III,& IV degree piles
CONTRA INDICATION:
Not using if the ANAL CANAL is thicker or smaller than instrument size due to stricture or other pathology.
ANESTHESIA:
The procedure can be performed under Local, regional, or general anesthesia .

COMPLICATIONS:
The complication rates of MIPH are comparable to those of conventional hemorrhoidectomy. Hemorrhoidectomy is appropriate for-
  • Very large internal hemorrhoids 
  • Internal hemorrhoids that still causes symptoms after non-surgical treatment
  • Large external hemorrhoids , that causes significant discomfort and make it difficult to keep the anal area clean
  • Had other treatment for hemorrhoids that have failed

Risk- pain, bleeding, urinary retention, Early problems Bleeding form anal area Collection of blood in surgical area Inability to control bowel or bladder

Late problem-

  • Narrrowing of anal canal
  • Recurrence of hemorrhoids
  • An abnormal passage (Fistula) that forms between the anal or rectal canal and external area
